Delivery to Non-Tasmanian Destinations
For most orders sent to mainland Australian states we have found Australia Post to be the cheapest option.
Fastway Couriers may be the cheaper option for heavier orders and an alternative option for 25kg items (Australia Post will only take items up to 20kg).
For perishable items which require quick delivery we recommend ordering for dispatch early in the week to minimise the chance of deliveries being delayed over the weekend. At our discretion we may delay posting some orders until the following Monday, particularly if the weather is hot and the items are best stored in refrigeration.
In most cases the shipping cost can and will be calculated during the checkout process, before you submit the order. When the shipping cost can't be calculated we will advise you of the cost before processing your order.
In most cases you should receive delivery within 4-6 working days of dispatch. We have found that deliveries to some destinations, including Western Australia, can take longer.
We choose not to use Australia Post's "Safe Drop" facility (where an item will be left in a safe place if no-one is at the address to receive it). We apply a "Do Not Safe Drop" label to all the Express Post satchels we post without exception. For regular parcels we apply either a "Do Not Safe Drop" label or a "Receipted Delivery" label. This means that if no-one is able to take delivery of the item a card will be left advising that the item is available for collection at your Post Office.
Large orders can be sent to mainland Australian states using our freight company at competitive rates. Please contact us
if you require a quote.

Smaller orders which we can post will be dispatched on the next business day after you place the order or if the order is received early enough on the same day.
For items which require prompt delivery we recommend ordering for dispatch early in the week to minimise the chance of deliveries being delayed over the weekend.

Delivery to Overseas Destinations
