- We are not open for door sales - goods by order only.
- Minimum orders for orders placed using the online ordering system. Retail: $50, Wholesale: $100
- Wholsale accounts are available for customers who's purchases are used predominantly (ie at least 75%) in the running of a business - eg if your ABN is for a saw sharpening service then you would not qualify for wholesale prices.
- Orders are to be paid for in advance.
- Orders placed outside Australia. At the moment we are not accepting orders from countries outside Australia.
- Business hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning from 9am to 12noon for customers ordering fresh produce. Please note that the Saturday business hours were altered early 2011 so we will still conduct business during the old times for customers who ring not realising the times had been altered.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Terms of trade: 14 days from date of invoice unless alternative arrangements
are made.
- A 1.5% surcharge applies to orders paid using credit card.
- A 2.6% surcharge applies to Australian orders paid using Paypal.
- If you nominate a location to leave an order if you aren't home responsibility for the order will rest with you once our carrier has left the order.
- Please notify us of any problems or shortages within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Due to the popularity of our site and the resulting work load, there may be times we close ordering to all but existing registered customers. This will most likely be a temporary measure lasting a few days to a week.
