- Minimum orders for orders placed using the online ordering system. Retail: $30, Wholesale: $100
- First time orders in excess of $150 and interstate orders are to be paid for in advance.

- Business hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, 9.00am to noon Saturday.

- If you nominate a location to leave an order if you aren't home responsibility for the order will rest with you once our carrier has left the order.
- Please notify us of any problems or shortages within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Due to the popularity of our site and the resulting work load, there may be times we close ordering to all but existing registered customers. This will most likely be a temporary measure lasting a few days to a week.
