Retsel GrainMaster Australia, warrants to the original purchaser that the Survival Ark is free from defects in material and workmanship.

Should any defect be discovered, Retsel GrainMaster Australia agrees to repair or replace the defective product or part at their expense other than handling and return charges, provided the Survival Ark is returned with shipping charges prepaid.

This warranty is yours as the original purchaser for your normal home use and is non-transferable.

This warranty does not apply to any unit that has been tampered with, nor to damages incurred through negligence, misuse, faulty packing or mishandling in transit by any common carrier, nor by damage caused by foreign objects getting into the mill. Some times, unclean grain will contain rocks and/or metal objects which can cause damage to your mill.

Always use good quality, clean grains.
