The Whisper Mill uses ultra high speed MicroBurst milling head technology. The design produces flour very quickly, exploding the grain with rapid output. The motor and milling head is housed in the main unit with a tube connecting the separate, opaque, side mounted canister - used to catch the flour. The milling heads are fixed with a 3 position switch controlling the grain entry into the milling chamber - the 1st setting will allow millet to pass, the 2nd a moderate amount of grains and 3rd a higher volume of grain, resulting in 3 degrees of fineness. Suited to rapid fine flour milling. Hi there,

I'm pleased to see you offering Whisper mills. I've had one for about 6 years. It's great! I thought I'd just pass on a few things though. It is NOT whisper quiet. Maybe compared to other, older brands, but it is a little decieving to call it whisper quiet. It's very noisy. It's also a good idea to hold onto it both when turning it on, and when adding the first cup of grain. I nearly sent mine flying onto the floor once. But, I have used it every couple of days, and am very pleased with it. It grinds much nicer flour than bought (I used to buy Kialla wholemeal flour).

I must say too that the bio-dynamic wheat I buy from you is the best I've ever bought. I've never found any foriegn material in it ever. Some other brands I have had before discovering you were quite bad in this respect.
