Terms and Conditions
- We are not open for door sales - goods by order only.
- Minimum order: $30 for orders placed using the online ordering system on our web site or $75 for orders placed by phone, fax, mail or email.
- First time orders in excess of $150 and interstate orders are to be paid for in advance.
- Business hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, 9.00am to noon Saturday.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Terms of trade: 14 days from date of invoice unless alternative arrangements
are made.
- A 2% surcharge applies to invoices paid by credit card or for any invoice when a previous payment has not been made on time.
- Please notify us of any problems or shortages within 24 hours of receiving your order.
