Having trouble logging in?

We cannot tell you what your password is as it is securely encypted. You can however set a new password. Before you do that we suggest you try the following:

• Check that you are entering the correct username, this can be your email address or a username if you selected one when you registered.


• Your password is case sensitive, so check that you don't have caps lock on.

If you are still having problems you can reset your password by entering your email address and clicking on "I have forgotten my password". You will be sent further information to complete the reset by email.
