This organic apple cider vinegar is naturally fermented, raw, unfiltered and contains the "mother." The "mother" is a nutrition powerhouse, made up of naturally occurring nutrients, probiotics, enzymes and beneficial bacteria that promotes a healthy gut.

The vinegar is a pale yellow-brown colour and will contain a small amount of sediment - another sign that it is unfiltered and unpasteurised!
